What you’ll do:

As part of our two-year graduate development programme, you’ll get structured on-the-job training and real responsibility from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, receive ongoing support from skilled mentors and gain a wealth of exposure to the variety of services we offer our clients. The programme is designed to develop your skills and knowledge, providing you with the resources, guidance, and opportunities needed to grow and excel in your role.

As well as benefiting from our formal development programme, you will play a key role in supporting your allocated project in either Project Management or Quantity Surveying.

  • In Project Management, you will support projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements, coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans.
  • In Quantity Surveying, you will play a key role in supporting cost management services from contract signature and award to completion of projects. You will be supporting with advising on the issue of certificates and preparation of cost control and reporting services.

You’ll need to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree (preferably in digital, commercial, quantity surveying, project management, communications, sustainability, engineering or architecture).

  • You will need to have no more than one year’s work experience.

  • GPA Score - 3.3 or above

  • Mastery with respect to the English language (verbal and written).

  • Strong data and interpretation skills.

  • A Saudi national.

  • Behavioural facets (curiosity, growth mindset and confidence, resilience and commitment, reliability and drive.)

  • We are also particularly hear from individuals who have a digital and sustainability background.

Given the nature of our work, flexibility is key. Our projects and clients are based in various locations, so you should be prepared to travel frequently to different project sites or Mace offices. A positive and adaptable approach to travel is therefore essential, as it may be a regular part of your role. To support this, Mace offers travel expense reimbursements for business travel, including mileage, public transport fares, and, where necessary, accommodation. Due to this project’s remote location, having a driving licence and your own vehicle would be beneficial for this role.
